- In respect of the customers’ privacy, PhoneGuard USA Ltd Will treat the customers’ personal data (such as name, billing address or e-mail) as strictly confidential pursuant to the United Kingdom laws of data protection
- No personal information will be shared with any third parties without the customer’s permission.
- In respect of the customers’ privacy, PhoneGuard USA Ltd the general jurisdiction of the customer, at United Kingdom.
- PhoneGuard USA Ltd Will only collect, store, or use the customers’ personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations towards the customers (e.g. data to process the customer’s order or to send the license key). This principle comprises the extent of data and period of time for which the data will be stored. The minimum length, however, will be the compulsory period of record-keeping pursuant to law.
- In addition, PhoneGuard USA Ltd will not use customers’ personal data for any further or different purpose such as marketing or market research, unless the individual customer has given prior consent for this purpose (e.g. by signing up for customer questionnaires, open contests, newsletters, mailing-lists). To protect the customer’s privacy the consent is always limited to the precisely identified usage and can later be revoked by the customer.

- PhoneGuard USA Ltd Will not forward the personal data of their customers to any third party with exception of its subcontractor PhoneGuard USA Ltd to process the transactions with the customers.“No personal information will be shared with any third parties without the customer’s permission.”
- Furthermore, PhoneGuard USA Ltd Collects and uses only anonymous information for marketing activities and market research and improvement of offers on its web site. The data is used by anonymous user profiles pursuant to law. As far as the user does not want any collecting, storing or using of the anonymous information, the user has the right to object. In the process of using such anonymous information (for e.g. statistical purposes) the user’s identity stays anonymous and the user’s privacy is protected.
